Free Printable Thank You Cards for Baby Shower Gifts

This free printable thank you card template is made for new parents, hosts, and anyone who wants a simple way to thank guests for baby shower gifts. The design features baby blocks, a rattle, and soft pastel stars on the front of a folded greeting card, with no text so you can add your own message or keep it blank for later use. All key elements stay within the central 80% of the page to leave room for trimming and folding.

Print the sheet on standard letter-size cardstock for the best results, then cut along the outside edge and fold it in half to create one finished card. You can write inside by hand, add a printed note, or use it as part of a matching baby shower stationery set. It works well for thank you notes, keepsake cards, and last-minute gift acknowledgments after the celebration.
